By purchasing any digital products (hereinafter the “Products”) sold by Feather & Sage Design, LLC (“Licensor,” “We,” or “Us”), offered via featherandsagedesign.com or shopfeatherandsagedesign.com (the “Website”), you (the “Purchaser”) agree to be legally bound by this License and the following terms and conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. Digital Product Notice

All products sold are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan option is offered at checkout. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payment may result in revoked access to the product and collection of outstanding balances where applicable.

4. No Refund Policy & Chargeback Notice

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES, including purchases made using a payment plan. Digital products cannot be returned once access has been granted.

Unauthorized chargebacks, disputes, or attempts to bypass payment will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.

You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, or share the product
• Claim the product as your own work
• Transfer the product to another person
• Upload the product to file-sharing websites
• Use the product for resale as a competing product

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. License Restrictions

Your purchase grants you a license to use the product as intended. The license does not transfer ownership of the product or any intellectual property rights.

Violation of the license terms may result in termination of access and possible legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hall County, Georgia.
